Entrepreneurship Whether you aspire to invent unmanned drones or revolutionize healthcare with AI, HKUST is the launchpad for your entrepreneurial ambition. You can get a taste and hone your skills with the Minor in Entrepreneurship, while our startup ecosystem provides the expertise, financial backing, and industry networks necessary for success.
Community Outreach We encourage our students to share their engineering knowledge with the wider community. Members of the student-led STEAM Tutor Team spark curiosity in elementary and high school students with hands-on projects. The Student Innovation for Global Health Technology (SIGHT) program combines coursework, team projects, and overseas study trips, empowering our students to create sustainable solutions for tackling healthcare problems in resource-poor communities across Asia.
